The Brazilian Gauchos, South American Cowboys, lived in the hills and mountains of Brazil. Having no way of preserving food, Gauchos prepared their fresh meats immediately on an open fire for flavor and goodness. The meat was carved right on the spit in layers, being enjoyed as the outer portions became cooked to perfection.
Here at Braza Leña, we recreate for the the authentic Gaucho Asado (Barbecue). All our meats are first kissed with traditional Brazilian seasonings and then slow roasted over open flames and carved right at your table side by our very own Gauchos.
Braza Leña can cater to large parties, private parties, corporate and company events, rehearsal diners, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and more.
